Over the last 3 months, we on the OOLOO team aimed at 'Making search human'. With more than a hundred thousand questions answered, we clearly struck a nerve in that need for human interaction in the digital age. However, it was becoming difficult to sustain the requests with our existing business model, and we had to make the difficult decision to discontinue the service.
